Four formats, all focused on spoken and written Mandarin for adults. Prices include materials. VAT not applicable (BTW vrijgesteld voor onderwijs).
Evening group classes
€22 per lesson · 2 hours
For Dutch-speaking adults at A1, A2 or B1 level. Groups run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 19:00 to 21:00 at our space in Winschoten. New cohorts start in September and February; places are limited to 8 per group.
This format suits people who learn well in a group, want regular commitment to keep momentum, and prefer to study at a steady pace over one or two terms.

- Certificate of attendance at term end (on request)
One-to-one lessons
€65 per hour
Scheduled by appointment, in person in Winschoten or online. The lesson structure is shaped around what you need — whether that's an upcoming trip, a specific vocabulary area, or simply faster progress than a group allows.
Most students book a block of 5 or 10 sessions rather than open-ended. That keeps the preparation focused and gives the lessons a clearer arc.

Live online lessons
€60 per hour (1-on-1) · €20/lesson (group)
Runs on a video call with shared documents for writing practice and pinyin work. The online group cohorts follow the same term schedule as the in-person groups. Online individual sessions can be booked any time.
The format works well for people outside the Groningen region, those with irregular schedules, or anyone who simply prefers to study from home.

Business Chinese
From €75 per hour · company invoicing available
A focused track for professionals who need Mandarin specifically for work: supplier negotiations, email correspondence with Chinese partners, conference calls, factory visits or presentations. Usually booked by companies for one or two specific employees.
We start from your actual use case — bring a real email exchange, a meeting transcript, or a product catalogue, and we'll build the vocabulary from there rather than from a generic textbook.
